zoë and henry

I had the Kirkland babies for a while on Thursday. We had a fun day of stroller riding in the sunshine, watching Barbie princesses, jumping on the trampoline and eating pot pie and M&Ms. Zoë’s favorite food is pot pie; it’s hilarious to hear her say it. She’s only 2 ½ but is freakishly smart.

Bekah and Isaiah Grace came over to play in the backyard. Zoë figured out that if she jumped up and down in place that Isaiah would laugh hysterically, so she did lots of jumping and IG did lots of belly laughing. The girls liked playing with Ellie through the fence. This was before we changed her name to King Tut.

Katie B finally came home and helped me out a little.

Here she is talking on her cell phone while Zoe dances and jumps round and round her.

When Zoe makes this face, you better be covering your ears. She can scream at a level that breaks glass. They should record this sound and play it to our enemies abroad as it temporarily halts your ability to form a thought.

Two beautiful Barbie princesses. There are no pictures of Henry, we only had the camera out for like 10 seconds. Let me just tell you about him, he has the most amazing blue eyes I have ever seen. His smile beams love to whomever is fortunate enough to receive it. We like him, alot.

Ok, first of all... the Beds ROCK!! Zoe and Henry had the best time at your house! Ok, Zoe was the only one who TOLD me so, but I can tell Hen did, too. Zoe has been telling me some crazy outlandish story about how she "bonked" her knee on the trampoline and cried... and since Mike washed her paci 100x because she rubbed it on King Tut, now she wants me to wash her paci all day long.. and then dry it off with a towel after.. like 100x a day.
Love hearing other people describe my kids. Love the description of the scream. Get me on the telephone, Zoe doing the scream, and Hen crying, and then you will know why I'm not sane. Love the word freakishly. I feel guilty using it... It's just not my word. Our girls look beautiful together.

I think Zoe bonked her knee at Gigi's with Morgan, she was telling me about it too. At first she didn't want to jump, but she's REALLY good at it. She has developed early mentally, and I think she might be gifted athletically. Geez, that's some special girlio!

any day that I get to see Caroline is a great one, and today was that great day. I mentioned at some point in my day that you made it.

I am one of those people who get to say that they were a "stay at home Mom" when my kids were little. HOWEVER, I always feel a twinge of guilt when I say it because...the truth is.... Caroline actually raised my boys. It's true. You can visit my blog and see their beautiful selves and see me taking credit for it all but God, me and Caroline know the truth...
