Miniature Buddah

Have I ever mentioned that JohnJohn was a massive baby? He weighed 30 lbs. at 1 year, which is pretty hefty. He looks pretty relaxed here, huh? Cooling out on vacation somewhere with the fam, just floating his little worries away. I miss him. I admit it. But, I wouldn't go back. I like now, too.

The only thing that could make that picture better is if he had a can of PBR in his mannish hands.

Good Lord. What did you feed him? Check that...what didn't you feed him?

John was about 9 months here, some people are just rotund. It's funny that he weighed 30 lbs on his 1st, 2nd and 3rd birthdays. He just got taller and thinner every year.

I can't spell as good as I could once. Slowly my pride in anything is being stripped away.

Thank God! I took Maggie B to the doctor at 11 months the other day and she was 29 lbs 4 oz. My 5 months pregnant back is having a hard time although she is SO cute.

I remember how my back ached toting him around everywhere. Compensating my weight with his, leaning over as far as and farther than is reasonable. And I wasn't preggers!

I can't believe he was YOUR baby! You're so tiny! That's awesome and I'm pretty sure Hutch is going down that same road!
